Welcome

to this module on

Minority Ethnicity in Austrian Primary Schools

Alongside with the main text we have devised some tasks, which should change your role from that of passive recipient to one of active participant in the journey through this module. You will be asked to take notes, to formulate your point of view, to choose from among given alternatives, or to develop and set down your own ideas. Moreover, you will be encouraged to compare and exchange your work with fellow students.

So you need access to a word processor and a floppy disk to save your work.

Have a look at the table of contents and start with the first page. If you want to work through the whole module, it makes sense to follow the given sequence. The easiest way to do so is to use the links at the end of each page. They will take you to the next text or to the next task.

On the other hand, you might be interested in just one specific area. In that case I suggest going there straight from the contents page.

Whatever your decisions are, you should start with Task1.gif (6012 Byte) as it is something for you to do before you look at the material.

In the following you find a list of links that take you to the individual tasks:

    Task1.gif (6012 Byte)   Task2.jpg (9507 Byte)     Task3.gif (6009 Byte)

Task4.gif (6077 Byte)     Task5.gif (5999 Byte)    Task6.gif (6080 Byte)

Task7.gif (5952 Byte)     Task8.gif (6128 Byte)      Task9.gif (6098 Byte)

Task10.gif (6391 Byte)     Task11.gif (6268 Byte)

Why don't you start with a general introduction to the issue under discussion?

The list of links will help you to navigate through the materials pages.
