Kecskemét city

 

Kecskemét is a city 100 km south of Budapest with an old history. Lots of people moved to Kecskemét during the Turkish invasion 1540-1689. Kecskemét was a property of the Turkish sultan, and he didn' care about Christian religions, this situation provided freedom for different religion. There are Catholics, Calvinists, Lutherians, Baptists, Greek Catholics, Jewish, Evangelists and Adventists. According to this situation you can find the different churches in town.
